Birthday
treats and I also got a new rotten log. Aurora and I didn't get up till
really late though and then took it really easy.

Mom brought me a small nest of ant eggs from by the river. They were delicious.

Aurora: I went for an evening stroll in the light rain. Poked about under the shed as I listened to the neighbors karaoke country songs. Then I crossed the street and strolled on down the road and they were doing 50's which isn't as nice. Then the servant stuck a harness on me. I was annoyed but we got to go farther this way.

Aurora: What's the point of a privacy box if you're going to peek at me? Also I don't need this pad I just want the dirt to sleep in.

Aurora: I went for an evening stroll in the light rain. Poked about under the shed as I listened to the neighbors karaoke country songs. When we got back in the yard there was country again so I stopped to
listen for a bit. Then I was poking about in the garden but heard a
blender so went behind the house again before coming in.

Had some play and snuggle time with mom. But I don't like the flash or nosy Beaker.

It's cold today so I'm sleeping in the washer but Aurora wanted to sleep alone so she is sleeping in the closet nest.

Got
up last night and the washer was still running so I pressed the power
button with my nose and turned it off. It makes musical notes when
turned off and on so I pressed it back on, then off, then on,
"PUA"
What? You're the one who forgot to lock the controls.
"PUA"

As things warmed up I went to the closet instead. The washer gets a bit stuffy with two of us in there.

I am now skipping a bunch of Beaker and out in the woods photos for the sake of getting caught up before midnight, the race is on. I pee in the outhouse more reliably, when I get up, now that I get a treat for doing so.

Aurora: I went out for a short walk around the house and went into the shed to explore but I decided this little old moldy box was a wonderful place to sleep. The servant disagreed, specially once she noticed the nails. I didn't let her pull me out and she said my palms were sweaty when she touched them(how rude). When she went and moved a noisy box off of the crate I gave up and left for inside. I had settled in the stuffed toy box till she made noise in the room too and I had to go to the closet nest with Pua.
Pua: Aurora's old shipping crate is now in the trash pile to be hauled off since after a look showed there was no rehabbing it for anything and Grampa was concerned about Aurora revisiting old memories. He and mom went to the thrift store and got a little box tv stand and flipped it on it's back(so the new 'top' opens with the doors) and cut a hole. It's now next to the bed so Aurora can get into it from underneath. Mom added a wee bit of dirt for now to make up for it not being musty like the other box. She used to like sleeping under the bed till that got changed up so she is likely to love this once she discovers it. Some stuff had to be rearranged, hence the noise Aurora mentioned.

mommy: The stuffed toy basket knocked over, poop missing the poop
catcher and splattering the floor and someone walking through it and
leaving poopy foot prints all over. The gravity of these complaints are
in reverse order.
Pua: Complaints? I thought you were listing the events of last night's party. You forgot my peeing in aurora's box, her peeing the the washer and tossing a book and lots of play time.
PS Aurora chose to sleep in the washer so I had to go back to the closet today.

Got up and had my treat then found Aurora in her box. it's a bit cramped with two but I'm making it work.

Aurora:
Saw the human change the washer blanket this morning and came running
to get in. This was tradition before I got my box. I popped back out but
decided to settle in the washer eventually. What with Pua peeing and
the human poking around under the bed yesterday(she claimed she was
looking for a lost item but I know she was spying on me) I felt the
washer would be nice again. Pua slept in her princess hammock.

Spent
the day in the washer with Aurora. Has some tomatoes waiting for me
when I got up. I found her last night and woke her in her box and played
with her.

Aurora
seems to have sworn off soup and is opting for "Pua food" instead. Fine
but mom was concerned about her water intake. She has gotten crystals
in the past if her soup didn't have enough water in it since she chose
not to drink water. So to be safe mom is watering down her cocktail a
bit. Aurora doesn't mind.

I
emerged from the washer and crossed the room and was headed down the
cat tree to find Aurora in her box when mom snatched me up and put me in
the outhouse and told me to go peepee. Yeah I remember what that means
but thought she might not be serious at first but she was. How
embarrassing. I had plans to pee in Aurora's box.
I got a treat and made mom play after then I finally went to wake Aurora in her box and we're playing in there now.

Aurora is sprawled out in her box. I started in the washer but went to the closet nest to be near the AC.
